Corbeil Outdoor Rink Closed for the Season!
Our outdoor rink season has come to an end. Even though mother nature is insisting on gifting us with the cold weather, there have been some days where we had warmer weather and rain which in return has made it difficult to upkeep the rink to its normal standard use. We are sad to close the rink but excited to see Spring around the corner!
Soccer Season is here!
In an effort to support access to physical activity for youth, The Municipality of East Ferris and The Municipality of Callander are entering a partnership to offer a youth soccer program for children ages 4-10.
This is a pilot program for the 2014 soccer season to build on the success of the annual soccer program that has been offered in the community. The goal is to expand our community’s opportunities for recreational programing though the partnership with the Municipality of Callander.
Games will be played at both the Vrebosch Park in Corbeil as well as a few games at Yarlasky Field in Callander.
Also, for this program to be successful we need volunteer coaches. If you are interested, please let us know. A Criminal Record Check (including a Vulnerable Sector Search) is mandatory for Volunteers and Coaches. The Municipality of East Ferris will cover the cost.
You can register your child by completing the Registration Form
Thank you and hope to see you on the field!
